Can I cancel/change my order?
We ship orders same day before 10 AM AEST (Mon-Fri). If you would like to edit/amend your order, please get in touch as soon as possible. Our team will aim to fix the issue.
When will sold out items be back in stock?
Styles may sell out fast, to avoid disappointment you can enter your email on the product page and we will notify you as soon as it’s back.
Do you have 'buy now, pay later'?
Yes! We offer Paypal Pay in 4 for all AU customers with an account. Learn More.
Do you have a first time customer discount?
We do! Enter your email to our subscriber list on the homepage we will send you the code!

Can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please be aware it may take up to 24hrs for this email to arrive in your inbox, or slightly longer if your order is placed over a weekend.
Who do you ship with?
All orders are shipped using Australia Post and can be traced using the online tracking service at http://auspost.com.au/track/

Do I have to pay taxes and duties?
Orders to Australia and New Zealand ship free of duties.
International shipping charges do not include import taxes and duties. Customers are responsible for payment of charges - these can't be calculated prior to shipping.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What's your return policy?
If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 7 days from receiving your order to arrange a refund. Returns are at your own cost and the pricing depends on carrier service and location. All returns are sent to our HQ in Sydney, NSW.
Any purchases that are made during a promotional / flash sale period cannot be returned. (excluding Welcome codes)
For all full priced orders must be returned in original packaging with no signs of wear or use. All returns receive a full refund. ( excluding shipping).

I don't have the original packaging, can I still return?
Unfortunately not. Each pair of MW sunglasses is sent with a microfiber pouch and a MW box. All returns must include these items to be accepted by our quality team.
We recommend trying the sunglasses on and making sure that you would like to keep each style before throwing anything away.
Can I exchange my glasses?
We do not offer exchanges, you are able to return your pair for refund to re-pruchase the pair you would prefer.
We only replace items if they are deemed defective. In the rare case of this please see futher in our faulty section below.
My glasses are faulty, what can you do?
We are so sorry to hear this! We use the highest quality materials and techniques to build your frames, however, should the unfortunate circumstance of a faulty item occur please contact us at email@example.com immediately upon receiving them with photographs of the defects. We will endeavour to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
Do your glasses offer protection from the sun?
Yes! All our glasses offer 100% protection from UVA and UVB rays.
Can I add my prescription lenses?
Take your frames to your optometrist and they should be able to switch the lenses for your prescription.
